Karratha Indoor Golf Membership Terms and Conditions
These Membership Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between Karratha Indoor Golf ("the Business") and the member ("the Member") for the provision of indoor golf services. By signing up for a membership, the Member agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below.
- Services Provided:
1.1 The Business agrees to provide the Member with access to indoor golf facilities, including simulator bays, equipment, and other related services, as detailed in the selected membership package.
- Payment Terms:
2.1 Payment for membership is to be made in advance on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on the selected membership option and payment schedule selected.
- Refund or Cancellation Policies:
3.1 Casual Memberships: Include the Eagle Weekly and Eagle Weekly Plus, can be cancelled at any time with one week's notice. Cancellations must be received in writing and emailed to bookings@karrathaindoorgolf.com.au. Refunds will not be provided for the remainder of the current payment period.
3.2 Annual Memberships: Annual Memberships have a fixed term for the initial 12 months. One month before your membership expires, you will receive a notification by email, providing you the option to either renew or cancel your membership. In the absence of a response, your membership will automatically transition to a month-to-month basis unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon by you. It's important to note that Annual Memberships, once paid in full, are non-refundable. However, the facility can assist with the transfer of an annual membership to an appropriate candidate sourced by the existing member.
3.3 Booking Cancellation or Non-Attendance: Sessions booked for casual play or by members must be cancelled with a minimum of 2 hours' notice to receive a full refund of the booking fee. Cancellations made within 2 hours until the booking commences will incur a $25 cancellation fee, with the remainder of the fee refunded. Any cancellations made after the booking has commenced or in the case of a no-show will result in the forfeiture of the full fee paid for the session.3.4 Booking Cancellations for Free or Included Sessions: Members who have booked free-of-charge sessions included in their membership will forfeit the session if they cancel with less than two hours' notice or do not attend the booked session.
- Warranties or Guarantees:
4.1 The Business makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the improvement of golf skills or performance as a result of utilising the indoor golf facilities.
- Expectations and Responsibilities:
5.1 Members are expected to:
a. Treat all equipment with care and report any malfunctions promptly to the staff.
b. Refrain from attending the venue under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Entry will be refused to intoxicated individuals.
c. Acknowledge that all patrons are under surveillance via 24/7 camera monitoring for safety and security purposes.
d. Avoid bringing non-members into the venue after operating hours. Violation may result in membership cancellation.
e. Take responsibility for intentional damage caused at the venue, including but not limited to using dirty gear in the simulator, damaging the screen or flooring, or harming the projector, TV, or radar system due to intoxication, anger, or misuse of equipment.
f. Adhere to the security system and not enter the retail or café area when unmanned. You will exit the retail or café area if given a verbal warning initiated by the camera system after hours. Failure to comply may result in security intervention, membership cancellation, and liability for associated costs.
g. Read through and agree to Karratha Indoor Golfs Code of Conduct, Privacy policy, liability Waiver and Facility Operations and Member Notification Policy. These can be located on our website www.karrathaindoorgolf.com.au. You will also be emailed a copy on commencement of your membership agreement.
- Termination of Membership:
6.1 The Business reserves the right to refuse or terminate a membership in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, intentional damage to equipment, or disruptive behaviour, including bullying and harassment, that compromises the safety and well-being of other members and staff.
6.2 Termination may also occur if a member is found in breach of security protocols, such as attempting to enter restricted areas after hours.
6.3 Members whose memberships are terminated may be liable for any associated costs, including damages and call-out fees.By signing below, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
