Absolutely! Karratha Indoor Golf provides a family-friendly environment, and children under 16 years are more than welcome, when accompanied by an adult and attending to play golf or golf games.

There are no age restrictions for utilising the simulators; however, individuals aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult. It is mandatory that children are supervised by an adult present in the bay to provide assistance in understanding and using the equipment appropriately. Nominated accompanying adults will be the responsible person liable for any damages caused by persons 16 and under.

Yes, our staff will provide instructions to ensure you have a seamless and enjoyable experience. If you access our facilities outside of staffed hours for the first time, there will be instructions in your bay for setting up, and you can also check out the Trackman training videos for more advanced setups. For a more experienced approach we suggest you book in for a lesson with our PGA professional who travels up monthly to provide lessons and club fitting.

During manned hours, our staff are available to provide assistance and supervision during your simulator session. They can help you navigate through the Trackman features to ensure you make the most of your booking.

Our manned hours are Monday 8:30am - 2pm, Tuesday - Friday 8:30am - 6pm, Saturday 9am to 9pm, and Sunday 10am to 2pm. During these hours, you can book casual play, check out our retail, and grab coffee. Outside of these hours, the golf simulator facility is open for members only who have a 24/7 access pass.

We can provide barista made coffee and a selection of non-alcoholic beverages. We also offer club hire of mid-range or premium clubs for use in the facility. We now have availability for coaching and club fitting - please use tab at the top of the page to make a booking.

You have the option to use your personal golf balls, provided they are brand new and straight out of the box to uphold the cleanliness standards of our facility for all patrons. While we provide premium balls for your use, if you want to experiment with a new set in the bay, you are welcome to purchase new balls and try them out.

While you are encouraged to bring your personal gear for practice and training, please ensure that your equipment is cleaned before bringing it into the facility to uphold our cleanliness standards and protect the equipment for all patrons. Alternatively, we provide rental clubs, including some premium options, for those who wish to try them out.
