Guest Policy:
At Karratha Indoor Golf, we encourage our members to share the unique experience of our facilities with friends and family. To ensure a positive and enjoyable environment for all, please adhere to the following guest policy:
- Guest Limitations: Members, with specific guest privileges, are welcome to bring guests to Karratha Indoor Golf. However, there may be limitations on the number of guests per visit. Please check with our staff for specific guidelines
- Guest Fees: A nominal fee may apply for each guest, and this fee will be communicated to members in advance. Members are responsible for the payment of guest fees on behalf of their guests when booking through their membership portal.
- Guest Conduct: Members are responsible for the behaviour of their guests while on the premises. Guests are expected to comply with all facility rules and guidelines.
- Reservation Requirement: It is recommended to inform the facility in advance when planning to bring guests, especially during peak hours. This allows us to ensure the best possible experience for all members.

Equipment Usage Guidelines:
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all members, please adhere to the following guidelines for the proper use and care of indoor golf equipment at Karratha Indoor Golf:
- Proper Handling: Members are expected to handle all equipment, including clubs, balls, and any specialised gear, with care. Rough or improper use may result in damage and additional charges.
- Return of Equipment: All equipment must be returned to its designated area after use. Failure to do so may result in penalties or fees.
- Reporting Damages: Report any damages or malfunctions of equipment promptly to our staff. Do not attempt to repair or modify equipment without authorisation.
- Footwear Guidelines: Wear appropriate footwear while using the facilities to avoid damage to the equipment and ensure a safe environment. Please do not bring golf spikes into the facility as these cause damage to the turf and hard flooring.
- Shared Equipment: Respect the shared use of equipment among members. Do not monopolise resources and allow others fair access.
- Instructional Use: Members engaging in instructional activities must ensure they are using the equipment in a manner consistent with safety guidelines.
- Own equipment: When bringing your own equipment into the facility, it is your responsibility to ensure that it is free from dirt and debris and is safe to use for the purpose of your visit. Under no circumstances can used balls be brought into the facility and used during play.

Special Events Participation:
At Karratha Indoor Golf, we occasionally host special events to enhance the experience for our members. Here are guidelines for members interested in participating in these events:

- Participation Fees: Certain special events may have associated participation fees. Details regarding costs will be communicated in advance, allowing members to make informed decisions.
- Registration Process: Members interested in participating in special events may be required to register in advance. This ensures proper planning and allocation of resources.
- Special Considerations: Some events may have specific rules or considerations. Members are advised to familiarise themselves with any event-specific guidelines communicated by the facility.

Membership Termination Procedures:
Membership at Karratha Indoor Golf is designed to be a positive and mutually beneficial experience. However, there may be circumstances under which termination becomes necessary. Please familiarise yourself with our membership termination procedures:
- Grounds for Termination: Memberships may be terminated for reasons such as repeated violations of facility rules, disruptive behaviour, non-payment of fees, or any other breaches of the membership agreement.
- Notification: Prior to termination, members will be notified of the grounds for termination and provided an opportunity to address or rectify the issue, if possible.
- Termination Process: If resolution is not achieved, the membership termination process will be initiated. This process may involve additional communication, meetings, or formal notices.
- Associated Fees: Depending on the circumstances, termination may be associated with fees, outstanding balances, or other financial obligations. Members will be informed of any such charges in advance.
- Appeals Process: Members have the right to appeal the decision to terminate their membership. Information on the appeals process will be provided during the termination proceedings.

Force Majeure Policy:
1. Unforeseen Events: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as acts of nature, government regulations, or other force majeure events, Karratha Indoor Golf will make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact on members. This may include temporary closures, adjustments to operating hours, or other necessary measures. Members will be informed promptly regarding any changes through communication channels specified in this agreement.
Member Responsibilities During Closure or Maintenance:
2.1 Notification of Facility Actions: Karratha Indoor Golf is committed to providing a seamless experience for its members. In the event of facility closures or maintenance activities, members will be notified in advance through specified communication channels. Members are encouraged to stay informed about such closures or maintenance schedules to plan their visits accordingly.
2.2. Private Functions and Events: During certain periods, the facility may host private functions or events. During these times, there will be no member access to the facility, as indicated by the blocking of bay times. The duration of private functions will not exceed 4 hours of facility use for any individual booking. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in accommodating these special events to enhance the overall experience for all members.
